6.) Psychology before 1879

Before 1879, psychology was not established as a distinct scientific discipline.

Just as at one point, pigs and cows were not known to provide us with the power of insulin.

People of the past actually thought individuals were getting possessed by the devil,

anxious they were, as they never fully understood behaviors and the basis of one's level.

It created a chemical imbalance within themselves, resulting in irrational thinking,

leading them to religious delusions and supernatural sinking.

The first psychologist in the world was more than benign;

his name was Wilhelm Wundt, and he established the first psychology laboratory in 1879.

So, what happened way before that?

Past civilizations were still trying to make sense of their environment;

they acted upon one another in their own way and still faced an issue of disparagement.

A study of mind patterns and human behavior,

A real moral code and psychology is one part of being the world's savior.

Some thoughts came from Olympia;

psychological ideas can be traced back to ancient civilizations like Egypt, Greece, China, Persia and India.

People couldn't understand the sun,

people couldn't understand the moon,

people couldn't understand the rain,

but their curiosity never went to vain.

Some individuals believed in supernatural things because they couldn't find an answer;

some tried to discover why and how by looking deeper into nature and its enhancer.

A story with too much to tell with words so fine,

a true victory for mankind, and it's all a sign of the mind's divine.

As people did not know a grape could be turned into wine,

the downside of psychology was heavily experienced before the year of 1879.
