Corruption in Command
Banners wave and speeches roar,
Promises flood from every door.
Yet shiny words may mask the guise,
Of leaders who craft clever lies.
Corruption hides in golden halls,
While citizens cheer in festive thralls.
Power seeks, and greed will grow,
If judgment sleeps, the truth won’t show.
So study, question, weigh the claim,
Don’t be dazzled by fleeting fame.
Vote with reason, clear and bright,
To guard your rights and what is right.
