Destroyers of Balance
Tigers stalk through jungle night,
Now poachers hunt for fur so bright.
Elephants roam with mighty grace,
Yet ivory falls to human trace.
Sharks slice through oceans deep,
For fins that fill a greedy heap.
Rhinos, pangolins, oceans wide,
Suffer for vanity, not for pride.
Brains and bones, scales and skin,
Taken for profit, not for kin.
Science shows they live and breathe,
Yet humans take, exploit, and seethe.
Respect their life, their place, their role,
Protect their world to make it whole.
