3. Captain Overcomer

Are you hurt or in grief?


Not too worry, within you lies your own relief.


Embrace each day, your heart will get renewed,


Life unfolds for you, filled with gratitude.


The night may weigh upon your chest,

A heavy heart, a mind at rest.


Tears may fall like pouring rain,

Echoes of loss, and quiet pain.


Yet even here, a light remains,

A tiny spark through all your pains.


Each step you take, however small,

Is courage rising after the fall.


Breathe in hope, release the fear,

The clouds will shift, the sky grows clear.


Nurture new smiles, let sorrow go,

And watch your inner strength now grow.


Though shadows linger, you always find your way,


Your heart beats bright, come what may,


You are the captain of the ship, sailing into a brighter day.


Aye Aye Captain! Let all your fears slip away.
