Books compiled in the 3rd century BCE, this means Confucianism was founded 100-500 years after the 2 books were written, Can you See?

If the founders' D.O.B and Date of death synchronizes with the Founding dates, then who wrote the 2 books in the 3rd Century BCE? No logic we can See...

Confucian scholars determines the final form of the Analects was compiled during the Mid-han dynasty which is 206BCE to 220 CE, again..What can you See?
