I promise myself...

 

I promise myself to speak good in my life every single 'day',

I promise myself that i will learn, grow and be a better person than 'yesterday',

I promise myself to never judge anybody (or) make any 'assumptions',

I promise myself to breathe, eat, exercise and appreciate my bodily 'functions',

I promise myself to set boundaries that are truly 'healthy',

I promise myself to be kind, caring and loving to all those that are poor and 'wealthy',

I promise myself to practise relaxation 'techniques',

I promise myself to always insert a smile that will run across my beautiful 'cheeks',

I promise myself to value myself no matter the 'cost',

I promise myself that I will face life head on without getting 'lost',

I promise myself these things to live a happy life and build new 'memories',

I promise myself to meet good friends and not make any 'enemies'

I promise myself to live with natural 'aliveness',

Finally, i promise myself to be humble with the best 'politeness'.
