4.) Emotions change brain chemistry

Sick bitters,

Solvable jitters,

Broken pillars,

Chemical messengers in the brain, known as neurotransmitters.

Completely different from Mr. Sleep called melatonin,

Positive emotions can trigger the "feel good" neurotransmitters called dopamine and serotonin.

A balance opposite to propriety,

Moody you are and a disorder may form, leading to depression and anxiety.

Crucial to cognitive processes such as memory, decision-making and attention,

Strong emotions can enhance how we perceive and interpret any sort of information.

A grand design with wonder and beauty that has evolved,

But where in the brain our emotions are involved?

Emotional processing by the amygdala, prefrontal cortex and hippocampus-1, 2, 3.

These are the chemical bandits; what a canvas!

Emotions can affect brain chemistry, and brain chemistry can affect emotions;

No doubt, as unequivocal, the link between brain chemistry and emotions is reciprocal.

A relationship that is fascinating,

A wide endpoint and now you have a basic understanding.

The adventure of memory,

The journey of poetry as a pedantry,

Life on Earth as a tenantry,

What was that? Yes! Emotions change your brain chemistry.
