Rich idiots (criticism applied)

 Stupidity has increased, hit-and-run!

Progress has been noted; well done!

The inhabitants of this world are overbearing;

All they care about is money and profiteering,

Fantastic! But when will the real issues start disappearing?

It all started with Mesopotamian shekels based on barley around 3000 BC,

Paper money has its earliest example coming from China around the 11th century AD.

Woowhee!

From these points, two things are clear; control and power.

But true nature in the background has actually turned really sour.

Fast forward to the 21st century; crime, corruption, and stupidity have become the sweets in the dispensary.

A futuristic urban development planned at $500 billion named Neom City, 500? How filthy!

Yet over 1 million marine animals die each year due to plastic pollution; what a pity!

Connectivity across Europe planned at $600 billion will destroy Earth's surfaces,

Yet over 4.5 billion people are not covered by essential health services.

Connecting major cities in California with a high-speed rail exceeding $100 billion-what a great achievement!

Yet over 180,000 people are homeless in California, what an issue! Now we are in disagreement!

A large scale economic hub, King Abdullah Economic City at $100 billion-what a beauty of a structure!

Yet over a billion birds die each year from colliding with man-made infrastructure. What a puncture!

The "DMIC" connecting Delhi and Mumbai at $90 billion-what an amazing feat!

Yet over 190 million people are starving in the country; now the feeling is obsolete!

Lastly, we have the Gulf railway connecting 6 GCC countries at $250 billion- wow! What devilish eruptions!

Air and soil pollution. Why are they causing wildlife mortality and unnecessary disruptions?

Progress has been noted; well done!
