Who could you be? Psych
Who could you be if you leave life, run and flee?
Challenges can be broad as the mighty sea,
But would you give up, drown and wonder why it's always me?
A filter to understand the unity of we,
The desired notion to win but lose while climbing a perfect tree,
With the will of life and its way, are you willing to peek through and see?
No one is perfect, but thinking positive is always subtle and free,
With ethical principles, a good diet and continuing exercise, that is not one but three.
The brain is beautiful, don't you agree?
Blood flow is fruitful; ain't that a guarantee?
The "healthy mind award," in which you are the winner and not a nominee,
An abolishment to the world of fused states at the highest degree,
A psychiatric goal fired in the nets-would you be the referee?
No silver platter on the tracks of jubilee,
Ascertainment of us; mental health is on us-does one really need a decree?
A deep breath and muscle relaxation, and calmness would be on the fastest spree,
No life issue should get you down; you are strong and amazing, and that I say unto thee.
