6.) Occipital lobe areas

Three steps,
Three necks,
Three texts,

The first, area 17, the primary visual cortex.

Awareness in the inducement,

Area 17 processes basic visual input like light, shape and movement.

What an improvement!

Second text, what's next?

Area 18, the secondary visual cortex.

V1 is our primary visual cortex,
Let us move on, just a few more steps.

Clarify and improve, how fun!

There is nothing more hotter than the sun,

Area 18 refines visual information from V1.

Are you able to see those giraffes moving along the wilderness with long necks?

This one is unknown for the T.Rex,

Area 19, our associative visual cortex.

Bullet from a gun, ain't that the ammunition?

Area 19 enables higher-level visual tasks like object recognition.

Cars racing around in a speedway, area 19 is also motion detection.

Are we feeling the connection?

Sight to this section,

Progress in the reflection,

An adventure with affection,

Carrots are good for eyes; that ain't a magical deception.
