Neurons misfire, the self erased,

A mind convinced the flesh is waste.

Existence questioned, life denied,
Yet thought persists where death resides.

Frontal lobes misread the signs,
Self-perception fractures, declines.

The body lives, yet mind contends,
Existence lost where logic bends.
