Neglect of self, routines declined.

Prefrontal strain impairs the plan,
A mind withdrawn, withdrawn from man.

Frontal lobe deficits, judgment impaired,
Accumulation grows, self-care impaired.

Isolation rises, routines decay,
Cognitive circuits drift away.
