Neural Renewal

The mind can fracture under strain,

patterns of thought repeating pain.

Mental illness speaks in persistent ways,

shaping nights and clouding days.

Yet treatment builds a structured ground—

therapy, care, where hope is found.

Neural pathways learn to bend,

with practice, time, and skilled attend.

Resilience grows through measured pace,

with coping tools the self can trace.

Not sudden cure, nor simple end,

but steady progress that will transcend.

Defeat is not the silence of disease,

but balance restored, a mind at ease.

Through science and care, strength is formed,

and once-fractured minds are now transformed.
