The Psychology of Healing
The world is heavy with cries unheard,
cities tremble, forests blurred.
Rivers choke on plastic and pain,
storms rage wild, yet hope remains.
Borders strain with fear and flight,
voices silenced in the night.
Hunger knocks at too many doors,
while greed expands and justice wars.
Yet in the shadow, light can grow,
in small acts of love we show.
A hand to hold, a voice to speak,
compassion strong for the weary and weak.
We must plant seeds where hate has grown,
listen, learn, and make it known.
Change begins with hearts that care,
and spreads through all — a world we share.
