2. Healing Climate Change

The sky grows strong with smoke and heat,

but with each hand that plants and each effort given,

There is a drop to the stream of hope.

Coral reefs are in crisis,
Glaciers are losing their cooling effect,

Sea levels are rising,
Extreme weather events are turning surprising,

The question is: What are we actually exercising?

Together we can sing with the energy of change,

Shifting to solar power and planting a forest to reduce the flame,

Doing it for world peace and not for fame,
Act with love and not just with name.

Each choice we make can help the tide,

Let hope guide us forward, with positivity as our pride.

Shall we cherish together and feel the Earth once more at our side?
