4. Politicians can't speak: South Africa

They rise to speak, but words betray,

A jumble of sounds, a clumsy display.

Stumbling syllables, sentences break,
A nation winces at every mistake.

Promises wobble, logic misfires,
Voices cracking, tangled in wires.

Power without sense, speech without grace,
Chaos embodied in every phrase.

Leadership lost in mispronounced sound,
Confidence hollow, no truth to be found.

Oh dear politicians, the joke’s on you,
When those in charge can’t even speak true.

Step down, speak clear, or just stay mute,
The stage is yours, but your act is brute.

We watch, we cringe, our hearts misled,
By every weak word that’s loudly said.

Truth be told, no truth remains in what you've spread.
