5. Positive Mindset

Darkness may gather, negative thoughts may creep,


Doubts can linger, silent and deep.


Yet in the mind there burns a bright light,


A flame that guides us through the echoes of the silent night.


Lift your gaze and behold the sun,

Even when the chilling night had just begun.


Hope can blossom within your chest,

Ethics and courage are printed on your vest.


Deep within yourself, you know your path forward.


Courage is what you should look toward.


Why should negativity put you down?

You have courage! Be proud and wear the crown.


All the darkness fades when your brightness is shown,


But in your strength you are never truly alone.


Each day is a new link to the chain,

Let bravery flow and break any pain.


Don't stay in darkness when it is light you can gain.


A healthy mindset, this is strength that can remain.
